Our Values
- There is one true and living God – Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Jesus Christ is the only way to salvation and the Holy Bible is the inspired Word of God.
- Women are made in God’s image and uniquely called by God to make a difference through leadership both in position and influence as warriors for the Lord.
- We are called to use our purpose, talents, gifts, and experiences for God’s Glory; knowing that He will equip us, we are not to minimize or relinquish our gifts.
- We are called to accept the depth of God’s love and grace and then give grace to those around us – to encourage and strengthen others in the daily struggles of this life.
- We believe that the core attributes of a J4 Leader is one who is Wise, Courageous, Strategic, Encouraging, Diplomatic, Humble, Honest, Influential and Gracious.
